Swiss Ortho Sleep 12 inch Plush Pillow Top & Pocket Spring Mattress - Green Foam Certified (Queen)

When I originally purchased this mattress, there were not any reviews yet. I had looked at SO MANY other foam and hybrid mattresses, and read SO MANY reviews I thought my head would explode. Anyway, after finding this mattress and reading the product details, I took a chance...and let me tell you, I am SO GLAD I did!! It arrived 3 days sooner than expected, and was extremely easy to set up. My husband held the box as I pulled the perfectly rolled mattress out. We placed it at the foot of our box-spring, cut the plastic and voila! It opened right up! There was a bit of the "gassing" that people have described in reviews for other products, but, it was gone within the first hour. The instructions say it will be at full size after 48 hours, but, mine was ready to go the first night. I decided to go with a hybrid because I was afraid a true foam mattress would flatten too quickly. I cannot say enough good things about this mattress. My husband and I have both been sleeping better (our old mattress should have been replaced years ago). I wake up pain free on this bed. My back and shoulders were sore every morning after sleeping on our old bed. I feel great!! The top 3 inches of this bed is bamboo, which allows for cooling, and also provides that "cloud like" feeling. I would also say this bed is closer to firm then squishy. It isn't hard by any means, but it isn't too soft. It is JUST RIGHT. If you are reading my review now, and you have been tirelessly searching for the right mail-order mattress, please, do not look any further. I was you, and I am telling you, the price of this mattress and the quality cannot be beat!! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I have been sleeping on mine for about 3 weeks. Even if for some reason, the mattress only lasted a few years, I would still give 5 starts because of the price. I did not have to go in debt to receive an excellent product.

This mattress topper is worth every penny and the quality is outstanding! I went through 2 toppers recently with a horrible experience. The previous ones were a lot thinner than advertised, smelled horrible, permanently creased, scratchy etc. This topper is so amazing. It is VERY thick and dense. I received this all rolled up and vacuumed sealed and was a little worried when I unrolled it. I laid it out on the floor in my guest bedroom, stretched it out as much as I could and let it sit for 2 days. It poofed up so much! I slept on it for the first time last night on my king bed and was out like a light. Again, it is very thick and dense- excellent quality! This is a true gel/memory foam topper! It feels a little stiff when you first lay down but it really forms around your body without you sinking down. I can tell that this topper will last a very long time. I highly recommend this topper if you are looking for a very high quality gel/memory foam topper that is true to its thickness.

Easy set up, I have sans box spring on the 18in easy set up frame. I like it, for me, but it does not feel like a "hybrid" mattress, or at all like a memory foam mattress, or honestly even a fluffy pillowtop. It is perfectly fine and comfortable, I do like it a lot as I'm someone who doesn't love temperpedic style mattresses. I do wish it was a bit more plush on its own but added a decent fluffy mattress pad and I'm very happy with it, especially for the price and convenience.

I bought this mattress about 2 years ago. At first it was very soft and comfortable but now only 2 years later there’s dips and lumps where both me and my boyfriend sleep. We’ve tried rotating it a few times, but it didn’t do much help. I had to buy a mattress pad to put underneath my sheet so we can have a little more support. I would not recommend this mattress if you plan on using it for many years.

A little soft for my taste when sitting on the edge but when you lay down on it, it feels pretty comfy. I haven't slept on it as this is in our guest room. We haven't had any overnight company yet for feedback but will update the review if anything negative is said by guests.

For the price it's good. You can feel the springs through the memory foam top just barely. If it lasts a couple yrs then it's great. I might buy a small topper for it. Medium firm. Overall pretty comfy for a $250 mattress! Also looks nice.

I loved this mattress for the first 3 months or so! Extremely comfortable, just the right balance of firmness and softness, and unlike a memory foam mattress, it stayed nice and cool, even on the hottest nights. However, by the fourth month of gentle use, and no, my partner and I are not overweight, the coils on one side of the mattress gave out. I now have a mattress with a huge dip on one side that goes right down to the frame, and after only FOUR FREAKING MONTHS!!! I can't afford to just go out and buy a new mattress, so I'm stuck with this stupid thing, and all of the uncomfortable, sleepless nights that it causes. I'm very disappointed and won't be buying any more mattresses off of Amazon after this experience. Two stars for the initial comfort, minus 10 for the lack of durability with gentle daily use.

It's hard to pick a mattress without 1st lying on it this was a good fit cause I was unsure of how firm or soft my body needed. This is a little of both. I'm sleeping better nowadays and awake with no aching
