COOLINA Promaja Knife – Carving, BBQ, Meat Cutting, Slicing, Butcher & Chef Knife – Essential Kitchen Tool

I just received the promaja today in the mail. It is very sharp, and seems to be very sturdy. It should be a great addition to my bushcraft bag.

Love this knife and use it almost daily. My son is getting more into cooking so I bought one for him. Perfect size and comfortable to use.

Amazing edge on this knife... time will tell how it hold up but so far so good.

Love this knife. Maybe the best knife for carving meat I’ve ever owned. Love the weight, almost on the heavy side. Sharp and holds a good edge. I have sharpened it once but minimal up keep.

I bought this for our travel trailer because I wanted a universal high quality knife for outdoors. Product met the challenge and I will be adding on with the other knives they sell!

I did some research on this style of knife and ended up purchasing the Collins Promaja Knife. First impression was good. The knife is a good weight, size, and sharp out of the box.The bad: second time using the knife I cut up some pork ribs. The blade hit a bone and chipped the steel. This was very disappointing. I reached out to Coolina’s customer service and was told this was to be expected. The blade will not hold up if the blade hits a bone.I would not buy this knife again. I would try a different brand/ style in hopes to get a more durable steel.
