Great pan equals Great food
Love this pan. 10.5” Eater series. Solid pan. Great value. I will be getting more of the Heritage collection.Food tastes better than my old non stick pans.Take the time to watch the instruction videos from Heritage. Season the pan properly. It is easy. Don’t rush this. This is a quality product and should last many many years.Temperature control for cooking is crucial. Med low heat works best. Make sure pan is at proper temp before you add oil. Then allow oil to heat up, about 30 seconds. Then add food and do not attempt to move food until a light sear is established.Cleaning is easy. If you encounter any stubborn spots, use a dash of barkeepers friend.Made in USA. You get what you pay for!

Healthy Eating
My son gave this model pan to my wife as a gift and I was so impressed with it, I bought another (truthfully, I hated to keep washing the one pan before I could use it again, so now I can just pull out my backup pan). We eat a lot of eggs and this is perfect for cooking them, fried or scrambled. It's a heavy weight with a solid handle that doesn't heat up. And I feel MUCH safer eating foods cooked on a stainless pan rather than the coated non-stick varieties no matter what the manufacturers say.The only downside is that I sometimes have to scrub it with a stainless steel pad, but it cleans right up and looks good as new when I'm done. It's a bit pricey. BUT this is something that will last for generations.

Excellent quality, quick shipping, great little skillet
I finally threw away my last Teflon skillet after buying this one! I have several fully cladded stainless steel pots, pans, and skillets that get used daily from AllClad, Calphalon, and Cuisinart before buying this one. I've read several reviews and researched Heritage Steel before buying this skillet and I love it!This a great looking skillet! The surface is smooth, the base size is perfect for 2 eggs, and the slope is great for sliding food out without needing any utensils. The handle is the most comfortable of all of my other SS cookware I use daily. Extremely easy to clean, nice weight that feels substantial in your hand but easy to weild.I love that Heritage Steel is a small company that makes these by hand here in the USA. A great price for a fully cladded stainless steel skillet! As I need to replace my older cookware, I'll be going straight to HS!

Cooks well
The pan has a nice weight to it, but not too heavy. Cooks fast and when you follow the prep instructions cleans up easy. Nice that it is made in TN.

These are AMAZING!
I cannot say this enough, if you follow the instructions this is the best pan I’ve ever owned. I don’t ever leave reviews, but man this thing is awesome. We are starting to replace all of our “nonstick” pans with steel ones and this is the first one we got and we will be ordering an entire set before long. Don’t buy a cheap steel pan, get the expensive one and be done with it. Buy once cry once and you won’t look back. I’ve cooked eggs, pancakes, seared steak, etc and this thing is amazing.I haven’t had to do any cleaning to the pan besides use some water to wash it off. We use soap and a sponge just for principle, but this thing rocks.Get your pan hot, get your fat hot, ie oil or butter, then cook away. It’s amazing. I wish this company would use my family as a trial ground for more of their pans because we cannot currently afford more of their pans, maybe next years tax return we can get some more!Don’t second guess yourself, get these pans!

I was hesistant to buy it due to few bad reviews
This my first stainless steel. I been wanting to try something less toxic, more upgraded than teflon. I bought this because I thought it was the perfect size to cook a one person meal. I’ve been watching tutorials on how to cook with it. Cleaning is always scary because it’s an expensive cooking pan. I don’t want to mess it up lol. But I put warm water and leave it for a 20 min then clean it gently. I’ve also used a tomato at the end of my meal as a satee and it cleaned up really nice. My mistake was using apple cider instead of white vinegar mixed with water to try and boil it IMAO. Anyway, I’ve noticed that the food cooks more evenly. The mushrooms will only cook on the outside whenever I used non stick. However, with stainless steel it’s perfect! From inside out. I’m not very good at making eggs but overall everything turns good. I’m very pleased. I wish they make smaller ones too.

Good quality but with limits
Make sure to read up on how to clean stainless steel. Burn resistance is intense. Quality is top notch h. However, it does require certain maintenance. Product is great just do some research.

Like Armor!
I have fallen in love again with stainless steel! This skillet really is a great replacement for coated cookware. There are a few simple steps that will make this skillet virtually nonstick. No chemical coating emitting fumes. Easy to clean. Clean it with anything, cleanser, metal scouring pads or steel wool. No problem with metal utensils either.Heats up fast and retains heat like cast iron. I use it in the oven and in our pizza oven at temps of 700 degrees.I could not recommend this skillet highly enough. Built like a tank!
