I don't know how effective they are but I've not been ill since taking them. I must say they taste amazing and have become a real treat twice a day. I've just ordered more.

These are so good. Since taking them have so much more energy. I kept getting one cold after another constantly felt poorly. Anyway these have helped. Maybe would have been getting better without them but do feel they’ve helped. Sent some to my daughter who complained of feeling poorly as well. She’s said same as me not sure if it’s them but definitely noticing a difference. So yes would definitely recommend and I already have …… great product, now don’t go and change recipes which usually happens for no good reason. Oh forgot to mention I like the taste too which is a bonus. Love them :)

I didn't really like the taste but this multivitamin works well I had energy,my immune system started getting stronger after a few days of taking it,so u definitely getting your money's worth. Just don't enjoy the taste.

Very orange flavoured, taste nice and tangy. Quite a hard gummy chew. Reading the amounts of different vitamins on them I think you need to take 2 at a time but they are nice so I don't mind this.
