It works well and emulsifies very well. But, I cannot get past the strong scent. It's so powerful I'm sure it's causing irritation to my skin. I'll use it, but I wouldn't order again.

This cleansing oil is nice and refreshing! It has a nice scent of tea tree oil, the scent is not too over powering but it is nice and refreshing. My skin feels hydrated and clean after using this product. My skin tone is even, and my face feels smooth and soft. I kind of anticipated it feeling greasy or oily, but it does not. It’s a unique experience using oil on the face, this was the first for me. I would anticipate this feeling really nice if you have extremely dry skin. It goes on nice and smooth, and comes off easily with a wash rag. The oil starts to lather when adding water, so it rinses off your face without leaving an oily residue. My skin does feel really good after using. There’s something about this product that makes it feel that you are really doing something good for your face. I guess because it’s different than other cleansers because it is more oil based? Directions says to apply it to your dry face, then add a little bit of warm water, and the oil starts to lather like a soap. I still need to use an exfoliator every other day at best to work on my large pores, but this product didn’t make my pores significantly worse like some other cleansers. I recommend this product, but if you have dirty, large pores, this product alone will not clear them out. (I wish I could give 4.5 stars)

I had no idea what to expect besides I like Proot. I’ve used Proot before. They are a pretty nice Kbeauty brand. It ginseng so it definitely smells like ginseng. It’s very pleasant, it doesn’t smell bad. The instructions are to apply the oil all over your face (avoiding eyes and mouth as usual). Then you take a little bit of water and work that into your face in circles. Apparently when you do that it lathers on your face! It’s really interesting! The whole time I could FEEL it tingling on my skin. Tingling in a good way. It feels really nice. Then you rinse and wash it off your face with warm water. I could FEEL how refreshing it is after I was done! It’s actually super nice! I am not a fan of how oily it is and feels when you’re doing it. I did it right before I got into the shower luckily. I was getting oil EVERYWHERE. It felt like there was no way to do it cleanly. I don’t know how I’m going to handle washing my face with this stuff when it’s not right before hopping into the shower TBH. That oil is really hard to manage for me lol. Maybe I’m just too clumsy. I would hate this if not for the fact that it FELT really nice and refreshing on my skin!

This Proot cleansing oil is a keeper! I haven't tried many cleansing oils, but now that I have tried this cleanser, I will keep it in my routine. The oil makes a nice lather once you add it to your wet hands or washcloth. The wonderful scent of ginseng is nice and does dissipate after your face is dry. After using this cleansing oil, my face is absolutely glowing!! I feel like it hydrates nicely and cleans thoroughly. I will definitely purchase this again.This cleanser is made in South Korea.

I love Korean beauty products but have never tried a cleansing oil. I'm actually surprised at how much I like this product. I was worried that it would make my skin feel oily but it doesn't. It just left me with moisturized, glowy, clean skin. It contains Korean ginseng, witch hazel, rosemary, and jojoba oil. It's a light oil and rinses off easily. It will also lather if you add some water to it. It does a great job at removing make-up. I double cleansed with it and my skin looks really clean and healthy. I feel like it smells very heavily of tea tree oil, but I don't see that listed as one of the ingredients. It does, however, have a lot of other great ingredients.
