This honey has a wonderful taste that follows all the way through to a final great after taste. I think this honey is just the right balance with a medium Amber color. I made the mistake of getting some Texas Honey that was two shades darker in color and really had a bitter first and after taste to it. So I know a great honey now and a not so great tasting honey I will buy the Local Hive Rocky Mountain Raw Unfiltered honey from now on~~! This honey is NOT cheap but worth it ~!
