Geriatric pets enjoy it -- horse and dogs
My 30+ yr old horse lost weight this past winter living in the herd. So I'm giving 10-14 pumps of this per day, twice per day, with his grain as he builds back up his weight and nutrients. I sometimes add a dollop of applesauce as well. My horse eats this fish oil in his grain with out any issue. I was seeking a fish oil because it provides more usable Omega-3 than ground flaxseed which we have used in the past. Chose this one because it's wild caught and because the description said there is no scent. I'm very happy about the quality of this item -- excellent aluminum container, sealed very well, pump works well. I intend to use it all up in the next couple months, and the label says to be used within 90 days. I'm giving to both of our 13 yr old dogs daily now as well. Everyone likes it. Great price for the amount, and very little fish scent.

My favorite fish oil
I have tried many fish oils over the past almost 15 years and this is by far my favorite. I have been purchasing it off and on for the past 5 years. My dogs were shedding terribly this year so I bought a bottle of this and within weeks of use their coats are lustrous and shedding has decreased immensely. The main reason I choose this one over the others is:1.) Storage- fish oil should be stored in a metal container, not plastic (which sadly majority of fish oil on the market are sold in plastic bottles).2.) It's pharmaceutical grade- basically meaning it's been detoxified.3.) The type of fish oil used- sardines and anchovies have less toxins to begin with due to being a smaller fish.4.) Odorless! My dogs would probably eat fishy fish oil, but I love that it's odorless in case I get some on me, as we all know how stinky fish oil can be.Bottom line, I highly recommend this brand of fish oil and also highly recommend you do your research before purchasing supplements in general. Many of them are a waste of money.

Little smell. Big price.
Took a long time to arrive, but the product is as described. Very little odor. Dog loved it. And she didn’t have any negative skin or tummy problems when introduced. Great alternative for a dog sensitive to salmon oil.Only real negative is the price.

Strong Smell, Dogs Dislike Taste - Disappointed.
I have given this product a one star, very disappointed as it had rave reviews elsewhere, but the strong smell of the fish, especially anchovy, gets stronger as time goes on and half way through the bottle my dog will no longer eat her food with the oil poured onto it. I would say it is VERY overpriced for what it is, and perhaps you will be paying for the actual bottle and not the quality of the oil. I am also disappointed that this company sells shark oil, since NO MATTER if they are sustainably sourced, Sharks are disappearing from our Oceans and other sources of Omegas should be found to replace Shark Oil. I will not be re-purchasing this product.
