I used them in a Jerk Chicken recipe and they tasted just like fresh ones. I used two that were soaked in water for 20mins. Very spicy.

I used these to make jollof rice and they did not disappoint. I’ll order more when I run out

There is nowhere that I know of to get scotch bonnet peppers in Hawaii. But these peppers were great for Jamaican jerk paste recipe

I have not been able to find fresh scotch bonnet peppers anywhere here in Arizona so this was the next best thing. I used them to add spice to the Caribbean dishes that I make and it add a slightly sweet and spicy flavor. I have to let them soak for awhile to get the full flavor but totally worth it. These were much better than the scotch bonnet pepper powder that I purchased from a different manufacturer. Great buy!
