Easy to use
I have never used this before but when it was was recommended to me thought I would give it a try. Very pleased with the results, I used it to wash linen dresses and will use for lingerie in the future.

Worth the money.
This is great for fine woollens and particularly cashmere sweaters. So easy and NO rinsing.

Buy this - Don't let the price put you off
This isn't a cheap product when you first think about it but it really is worth it. I have a soft spot for cashmere jumpers here at Chez Bee and wanted to make sure that they washed well so I could prolong their life (after hubby boil washed one and it became the size for a small cat). It doesn't take a lot for a wash and works well for hand washing or on a good wool machine was (but I always use a laundry bag to stop excess piling). It cleans well, leaves no residue and a bottle lasts me about 20 washes.

Great product
I have used this product since 2013 for my hand wash underwear. The elastic and fabric on these garments has lasted all that time and looks amazing. I would never have been able to keep them looking this new with any other product. It lasts incredibly well, only a small amount is needed for each wash. Highly recommend it. I would mention I haven’t tried any other if the perfumes that are available but I like the lacy one.

Wouldn’t be without this
I use Soak a lot, both for washing woolens and delicate items and for blocking newly knitted sweaters etc. It works. Great, but not overpowering, scent and I love that you don’t have to rinse it out - like a leave-in conditioner for my woolies..

Just as expected
I was advised to use Soak to 'wash' very delicate items. It has proved to be excellent and have used it for years.
