I'm not an expert in dieting or exercise so take this review with a grain of salt, but here is my personal experience with the product.I’m 23 years old, I’m 5'10", and I went from 123lbs in March of 2019 to 142lbs in July of 2019, almost entirely thanks to 'Beyond Raw Re-Built Mass XP'. Shakes account for around 1,800 calories a day for me, I mix two big scoops (~600 calories) with 2 cups of milk (300 calories) in a whisking cup. I've taken one in the morning and one before bed for 4 months now. Other than that I eat around 2,300 calories a day in actual food, not caring what it is so long as it adds up at the end of the day (some say dirty bulking). I lift heavy weight (3-5 reps x 3 sets) for under an hour 5 times a week focusing on one muscle group each day.I’ve tried to gain weight before; other shakes were either unbearably gross (texture or flavor) or they didn’t have the extra carbs and calories that I really needed. I’ve attached pictures of my progress, I haven't become doughy or shredded I've just kind of widened. Notice I moved two notches on my belt, this stuff is worth every penny and I highly recommend it to anyone who would call themselves a 'hard gainer'.

MY SON IS A CYSTIC FIBROSIS PATIENT. WE MIX 2 TBL SPOONS OF CONDENSED MILK AND ALITTLE VANILLA FLAVORING WITH MILK IN THIS PROTEIN/WEIGHT GAIN DRINK AND IT HAS NEARLY PUT 10 LBSON MY SON IN 4 MONTHS. IF YOU KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT CYSTIC FIBROSIS PATIENTS, THEY ARE MAL-ABSORBANTAND DON'T GAIN WEIGHT VERY EASILY. THIS IS A GOOD PRODUCT. IT'S WORTH THE MONEY.
