can you wear under makeup?

My wife wears it under make up and I see no issues, but she doesn't wear much makeup as it is.

Is this REALLY a broad-spectrum sun screen? It says so on the listing here at Amazon but someone on Makeup Alley told me it wasn't.

Honestly, I don’t remember that. I usually do buy broad spectrum so it might be. It IS very effective as a sunscreen and doesn’t irritate like others can.
