Dorman 603-258 Front Engine Coolant Reservoir Compatible with Select Mercedes-Benz Models

I bought this for a 2004 Mercedes ML500 and it fit perfectly . Identical to the original. Parts store wanted $80, $27 was a excellent price.

I bought this for my 2004 ML500 it wasn't identical match for the original it was very simple to replace a three bolts out remove the old bucket unhooked a couple of wires remove the old one the new one went and exact fit perfect great quality I'd recommend

AWesome build quality.. better than the original in plastic quality. Perfect fit, Installed it in my 2003 MlL350 in 10 min or less. The Original coolant reservoir one of the 4 hoses burst open few days ago at the connector to reservoir ..leaking coolant all over the place. That thing Lasted 19 years in AZ heat car always parked outdoor so can’t really complain about Mercedes quality:) This replacement part cost only 35 bucks just unthinkable .. if I would have gone to a dealer they would have probably wanted charge me few hundred for they coolant over flow tank and another few hundred for an hour so labor ..thanks to Amazon the part came within a day to my door step and install was a breeze .. all u need is to watch the YouTube video first and a 10mm socket and a flat screen driver! Wish life was this easy for all my car repair DIYThe coolant level Sensor connection also works perfectly for this part

Only been installed for about a week but so far it’s a good reservoir. Excellent for the money.

The only way I'd be happier is if it came with the little grommets and seals that are required to install.I had to run down to Mercedes and spend around $100 just for tiny rubber things! If I knew in advance, I would've bought the grommet set on ebay for $23Bottom line though, the reservoir is great quality!!
