More effective than 4 way
It has an extra "inactive ingredient" compared to 4way - benzyl alcohol - which can act as an anesthetic and bacteriostatic when applied to the swollen nasal mucosa. Also, the dose delivered in one squeeze is the right amount. With 4way it seems you have to squeeze more, which can be troublesome when arthritis flares up!
