Obviously these are not for climbing or anything, but unlike most cheap carabiners these will actually carry some weight, and they generally feel like good quality.I lost my favorite hat while hiking due to cheap carabiner failing, but these inspire confidence with their lightweight but solid construction, especially the premium feeling wiregate.The size of these is perfect for general use as well. On a keychain it's not to big too be bulky, but not too small to be annoying trying to clip to a belt loop.Plus they're lightweight enough at 5g each to just clip a few to your backpack before hiking so you have nice convenient attachment points for random things without having to use any kind of cordage, which is great while backpacking.One other cool thing I didn't expect is the small plastic box they come in. It's about 3.00x4.25x0.75 inches and could be used for all kinds of things like a small first aid kit, tackle, etc., but personally I'm just glad to have a container to keep these together instead of them just coming in a disposable plastic bag.Anyway, great little carabiners. Definitely going to purchase other sized Booms biners.

Always have a variety of sized carabiners around; they're like duct tape, can be used for a myriad of things. These have a tight spring & a nice firm/strong but light weight feel. They're definitely higher quality than the ones I had bought from local dollar stores (who's springs eventually seem to give out). Using for tarp tie downs/in high winds & they're working great. They're a smaller/medium size that could be used for a keychain, holding things, but would be too big to use for dog tags & a little small to hang a purse from. Definitely would recommend

I've found these mini carabiners to be well made and durable. Between my key rings, kayaking and camping gear, there are probably 30 or so in use in the boats and packs. Every other little carabiner I've ever had has found its way to the bottom of a gear box or the trash can. I don't think I've ever tossed one of these. The finish is durable, even when used on a key ring carried daily. I've given about 8 boxes as Christmas gifts as well, and they're always appreciated. I recommend.

Nice and sturdy! Doesn't seem like the clip will break easily like some others I've used.

These are great and strong but really really small. For a keychain it’s a bit small but to secure things like water bottles orItems to a bag it’s awesome.
