Wrong size again!!!😩

This is my second time ordering and I love this shoe. However I ordered a size 9(Europe 41) and they sent me a size 8(Europe 40). I need this in a 41 please. I’m a special education teacher and I’m always on my feet these are the most comfortable shoes.

Give them some time

Giving 4 stars because I didn't love them at first. They felt hard as a brick and completely flat. They look super cute though so I decided to keep them anyway since the price was fair. I wore them a good bit and over time the stiffness gave way and the insole started to form to my foot. They are now the most comfortable supportive shoes I have. And they're still super cute.
