Q: Dose this work on PS4?

sorry for delay but had to ask my son as he is the expert. (well I think so). Apparently there is no support for mouse or keyboard with the PS4 yet but he is hoping it won't be long. Hope that helps

Q: Can someone confirm the image that this has a 4th finger and pinky rest?

Have been using it for 1 1/2 years and can confirm it has a 4th finger and pinky rest. Depending on your finger length, the top of your pinky may still touch the desk/mousepad though (which it does in my case, but doesnt bother me).

Q: On world of warcraft only front and back thumb buttons are binding the top three not registering at all, could you shed some light on this?

I'm not a WoW player, but I'd try downloading the Trust Gaming mouse app. That's where I did my bindings to keyboard combos, which I then apply in game.

Q: The top 3 buttons are not holding when i bind strafe to then, how can i fix this?

If this is for something ingame, bind them to numlock buttons and set strafe in the game to those buttons
