Don't buy this belt, it's junk and a waste of your money. Stopped working after the first initial charge.

Unit is not the easiest to put on, but that’s due to my large midsection. I believe this unit will last much longer than the rinky-dink ones that stick on with the silicone pads and make a mess and don’t really give you a good workout. This one really does a great job in the few days I have used it. I will update down the road after I’ve had some experience and let you all know the results. I would recommend this equipment based on my present usage. Hope that this helps someone who is on the fence about whether or not to buy this. I was skeptical because I purchased several of the cheaper ones and regretted it because they got all bungled up and I got lots of rashes from the silicone pads that were needed to use. This unit does not utilize those pads, and if it lasts for a long time, not only will I have no need for seeing a dermatologist, but, I will have saved a bunch of $$ and avoided the inconvenience of replacing the silicon pads. These are built in and you just merely dampen them and get in an excellent workout. Good health, friends.UPDATE 07/31/2024:I just have to say, there are some folks here who say this unit doesn't turn on, etc., etc. There are instructions clearly showing how to turn the unit on, off and make adjustments for the best ab workout experience. Perhaps they just don't want to take the time to read them or what, I'm not sure, but I have had nothing but results in the approximately three weeks since I've been using this ab exercise device.As far as the "shocking" that some folks are talking about, there are different levels, 30 of them to be exact, that one is almost sure to find one comfortable enough to begin using until they build up enough resistance that they are able to increase the levels. Hope this helps. I just truly hate to see a good product get lambasted due to operator error and untrue information. Thank you, very kindly. This ab stimulator is perfect for on-the-go workouts. It's lightweight and easy to carry around, making it a great option for staying fit.

You should not expect results overnight and I think this will work over time. I turn mine all the way up to 30 and leave it on until it stops which is about 30 minutes. I keep mine fully charged so it will last for about another 30 minutes if I want to use it longer. To do this, just push the 2 center buttons again, and raise the intensity level. I can definitely tell it's doing it's thing as my stomach area is definitely moving. I already had some silicone and I put some on the pads and my stomach before I begin.

Received generic item. Not worth the money
