Why not try to bullet proof your tires/tubes and this is a great product to do so! Easy install, push in the tire and cut the left over where the liner meets the other side. Install tube and mount to rim. Certainly has help me on the roads and off so do yourself a favor and give a try!

I still got a flat tire using these, bit it is less frequent now. I was getting a flat tire at least once a week and now I just got one and it has been about a month. So, I am happy with this product.

the direction say to install and trim off excess, except when I try to install it , it falls right out of the tire because it isn't adhesive backed, so it can't be installed, plus it's only 1" wide which doesn't cover much width of road bike tires and well less than 1/8 thick which doesn't protect much either, especially since it's just polyurethane, which isn't known for it's puncture resistance.

I simply like this tire liner tape. It fits in like a charm and has just enough cling for good placement. I had a couple of good mountain tires with little to no use but they were hanging improperly in a shed. The tires while solid and had tons of tiny cracks and looked bad. Before I put in the liners, I used an old trick I learned years ago. It took some old motor oil and kept applying coat after coat of oil to the outside of the tire. I applied till they could not absorb any more. I let them dry and rubbed off the excess. I lined the tires with the Road Bike Tire Liner, which was such an easy install. I had 26 inch tires, trimmed the excess, and then, I was and off again enjoying the road. While driving by a friend’s home, he motioned me over, I pulled into his back yard where he was attempting to repair his deck but was instead, wasting perfectly good lumber (horrible handyman) and there was nails and screws all over the ground. I looked down with this sick feeling and two were sticking out of my front tire and one out the back. After I demonstrated the alternative uses of a circular saw, I was off on my way home. I was waiting for the sound of escaping air but it never happened. I took my handy multitool out and still no hissing. I want you to know these two 20 year plus tires, partially dry rotted tires took three wood screws and a roofing nail but never penetrated to the tube. I am a 100 plus KG (220lbs) size guy and with that pressure, no penetration. I made it home with my fingers crossed and deflated the tires, removed tires and tubes. I over inflated the tubes and put them in an old wide wash bucket. I thought to myself this can’t be. NOT ONE, AND I MEAN NOT ONE BUBBLE OF AIR!!! The tape did something I thought was a marketing exaggeration but 100% true. It has been almost 2 months (winter biker) and tires still fine. I think for safety purposes I will get another month of use, then get me a new set. You can bank on me using JULAI Road Bike Tire Liner! Easy to install, inexpensive and outperforms its claims. Over 500km on them so far. rolled in crushed glass several times, metal…. Knock on wood. Yes it adds weight to your wheel bla bla bla … lose some fat to compensate and you’ll be back to normal ;)It’s fun to ride with more assurance

Ich fahre auf meinem Rennrad Schwalbe Pro one Tt. Zweifelsfrei ein top reifen, wenn da nicht das Problem mit dem nicht vorhandenen Pannenschutz wäre. Klar Dichmilch wäre eine Option ist aber häufig eine richtige Sauerei.Mit einer Reifenwinlage bekommt man einen super Pannenschutz auch ohne Flecken.Lediglich den Kompromiss mit dem zusätzlichen Gewicht muss man eingehen. Wer aber mit Schlauch fährt legt auf ein paar Gramm mehr eh kein Wert. ;-)Seitdem habe ich keine Panne mehr gehabt.

J'ai acheté ce produit car si je ne sors pas tous les dimanches avec mon vélo, beaucoup trop de fois, je suis victime de crevaison, je dirais même que je suis un poisseux de la crevaison!C'est vrai qu'avec un VTT, on roule un peu n'importe ou...Pour le montage, j'ai préféré démonter le pneu entièrement (mais il est possible d'installer ce revêtement en dégageant le pneu que d'un seul côté). Le but étant de centrer ce revêtement au maximum au centre du pneu afin de ne pas déséquilibrer le roulage...(cela n'a pas été toujours facile, même si d'un côté le revêtement est auto collant). J'ai essayé d'enfoncer un clou sans trop de force, cela à l'air de bien faire le taff!Je n'ai fait pour l'instant que, quelques kilomètres histoire de vérifié qu'il n'y avait pas un déséquilibre du vélo au roulage, de ce côté là, ça va. J'ai plutôt une grande confiance dans ce produit et un clou avant de passer à travers, il faudra vraiment que cela soit un "sacré clou". Après, ce n'est quand même pas donné au niveau du tarif, mais si l'on obtient une certaine tranquillité que l'on gagne du temps et que l'on n'a plus besoin d'acheter rustines et colle. Ce produit sera amorti assez rapidement

A force de crever lors des vacances dans le sud sur des épines de ???, j'ai placé ces "renforts" à l'intérieur des pneus de mon vélo et depuis plus de crevaison, parfait.
