Can my baby use this product a lot?

This is a moderately abrasive scrubber and in my experience babies put everything in their mouths, so I’d say for 12+ use. It can be used as often as necessary to remove soap scum from bathroom.

Does it work on toilet bowl stains?

Sure does. This think cleans just about everything in the bathroom.
