Just like the picture
Product is perfect it comes with steps on how to use it, you can also go on the website which will tell you in the little guide book it is called phomemo. I was able to get a support on the little chat on the side of the website, Dimo in the support team was very helpful. I was receiving links and step by step instructions on how to use it!

Lacks Bluetooth
This printer is great for e commerce applications creating mailing labels. The labels the printer uses are cheap and you don't need other consumables such as ink.The only downside of this printer is that it needs to be wired to a laptop or computer. It is well made and has been working since I received it creating labels.Recommended for a thermal wired printer.

Very useful !
Loving my new label printer! It's a lifesaver for shipping orders. Super easy to set up (even for someone not very techy like me) and prints labels in seconds. No more messy handwriting or running out of ink. Perfect size for my desk and works great with Etsy and Royal Mail. Would definitely recommend it!

A little disheartened
This is a great looking label printer and probably works perfectly, but I didn't realise you needed to use a PC to use it, which i dont have and can't afford 😪. I thought my tablet or phone would work with this. I Wasted 2-3 hours trying.

Quite a disappointment
Not easy to set up at all ,don’t have wireless and app not letting to crop labels ,so only labels I can print are evri ,,bit InPost or yodel …Can’t connect to phone so needed to purchase a laptop, also can’t download app on Microsoft,so needed to change my settings for chrome ,awful device and quite a bit of waste of my time and money

Compact, inkless and lightning fast
This dedicated thermal label printer is compact, inkless, and lightning fast. You’ll need to connect it to a UK plug socket and the USB-A socket on your printer. And then it’s pretty much plug it in, switch it on, and away you go. All cables are provided (as well as a USB-A to USB-C adaptor). In use, it’s lightning fast. About half a second to print off a 4”x 6” label. And the ink-free thermal print is crisp and clear. Note that as this is a thermal printer, you’ll need to use thermal paper (plain paper won’t work as it uses heat on special paper rather than ink to print). Continuous feed labels work best; it just pulls it up and you can print label after label)The printer will accept labels between 1” - 4” (there’s an adjustable paper guide to keep the paper straight).A few considerations:- This is designed for monotone label printing; Attempting to print photos will give you a poor result.- This needs an (included) wired connection to a PC or Mac. It won’t run wirelessly off your tablet or phone.- Downloading drivers from the webpage was blocked by my (potentially) overzealous Norton antivirus. Thankfully the printer worked without needing to download additional drivers.Overall a compact and lightning fast thermal label printer with good quality label printouts.

Simple to use
Ideal for sellers wanting to create labels within the comfort of their own home. All you need is the printer and some thermal labels - it is more effective than a standard printer where you need to constantly stock up on paper and ink.The thermal labels are reasonably cheap at 500 labels for ~£10 on average. It is quite simple to set up, though you need a PC or laptop to be able to use it. It is not a Bluetooth printer so you are unable to print via phone unfortunately.Printing speed is quite quick and the quality is very good - no smudges and picks up all the details that need to be printed out.For £89.99, it's reasonable value, but the lack of Bluetooth does put me off a little since it forces me to use a PC/Laptop. Bluetooth versions can be found for a similar, if not cheaper, price.Overall, I'm quite pleased with this printer - does exactly what I need it to do.
