Very sturdy with hand rails. That means alot since i had both knees replaced.

This was the perfect size to get into top kitchen shelfs in kitchen and closets. Love the handles, they were one if the reasons I purchased this ladder. As an older person it provides me with security from falling.

Sturdy, providing the ladder is extended fully otherwise the steps will wobble. Love the 4 steps and the handles to offer support.

this is strong and sturdy for my large size and I can feel safe on the second step. So many times I have tried a step ladder and it has been too flimsy or did not have a second step and hand rail. Cross bars on ladder for extra strength from falling apart. Nice!

Very stury for a senior woman

Good ladder for inside. Was easy to put together and is a good size for reaching ceiling fans etc. folds up great. Only concern is it does not seem to be really sturdy. My husband used it and at 225 pounds it wobbles on the steps as he goes up.

This has got to be the best idea ever. My balance isn't very good, so every time I need to use a step stool I'm always afraid I'm going to fall. The high hand bar and side rails are perfect. This stool is sturdy, well made, and just the right height.

No real protection, in some sort of thin plastic wrap but large box no issues with paint or rubber, indentations in foam due to tie wrap against ladder but no rips in foam, overall excellent condition. Very good stability and very well made heavy materials. No instructions but basically only have to screw bolt grab handles into place that anyone should be able to do with a screwdriver and wrench. Feel a whole lot better in being able to reach higher places and grab bar then grab handles coming down off ladder, great purchase and highly recommend. Folds easily out of the way.
