Victorinox SwissClassic 6.7831 Tomato Knife with Round Serrated Blade Red

My husband's favourite knife. He picks this one for preparing most of our fruit and veg when cooking dinner. It is lightweight and very sharp. It's a versatile knife.

Fantastic knife bought this one for tomato's and it cuts through them like paper. Absolutely excellent

Sharp - good value

A really sharp knife, be careful with this. I bought it for general veg prep, not just tomatoes. It's fine with most things but it is a thin blade so can go off track when cutting something heavier, like celeriac or butternut squash, into chunks but great for taking off the skin.

- Just be very careful for your fingers !! I was quite surprised how good a job this did in cutting tomatoes, but it really has to be used with utmost care as we have both suffered cuts from it.

This is probably the best knife I've purchased. Super sharp and great for cutting tomatoes and softer fruits. There is one thing I wish it had, a sheath to go over the blade when putting it away.

Yes they look like a cheap kitchen devil your mum used in the 80’s, but great knives, be nice if they did a higher quality one.
