Would like to say customer service is excellent, this company simply can't do enough to make their customers happy with their productI ordered an emperor size quilt cover but it was too small for my duvetI received an email from the owner ( this is a small family run business) asking for the measurements of my duvet and they have sent me a new quilt cover & pillow cases outThe quality of the material is lovely & the colour is dark grey, it goes really well with my grey bedI would highly recommend buying from this company, they really do care about customer satisfaction

Superking duvet fit duvet but was made the wrong way round . The zip should have been at end of duvet but is at the side making it uncomfortable for one sleeper. Cannot recommend superking size cover. Unfortunately did not realise this until I washed and ironed cover.

The first two days , it’s was great, shiny soft and full of live . Gave it a week, it lost its puffiness , the pillows turned orange and we didn’t even wash them. The colour started to fade. And we barely used it since we were traveling ! The shiny stripped lines are longer shiny too!So disappointed . Too pricey for the description !

This is actually my second order from SGI bedding, as I was so happy with the first set.Really nice bedding, beautifully soft and well made. Bought to replace a load of John Lewis duvets that cost more, and fell apart (rubbish plastic poppers that occasionally vanish in the wash, and stitched seams that come undone.These are much better with a zip at the bottom.As I presumably ordered the less-popular Euro-king size, shipped from India rather than UK (you'll see dispatch location vary as you flip between the sizes). Despite having an estimated 3 week delivery time, arrived bang on a week later via DHL.Pillow cases are a decent size as well, I can fit in Simba Hybrids (pretty bulky pillows with foam-piece core).Ordered this 2nd set as when the first went in the wash, we immediately decided we missed them.

i bought there emperor duvet cover in dark grey and the colour is closer to dark brown,the strip pattern is not the same width as the picture advertised and the strips on the duvet cover to match the pillows mean the opening has to be at the side of the cover and not the bottom,Will never order from this company again,Nothing like the advert at all

Quick efficient delivery, the product looked good. Once washed, I noticed the duvet set had taken on a slightly brushed cotton look. Ironing is essential but laborious. I was surprised just how lightweight the fabric was and must have a very light GSM (grams per square meter). Having said that, it is very soft, rather than silky and comfortable to sleep in. Personally I’m quite dubious about the 600 thread count, but the product is clearly not “top of the range” in fabric terms. My search for the holy grail continues.

Initially they are great. Very comfortable.They start loosing their allure very quickly and look tattered with any form of regular use.They did not come cheap so I was expecting more from these.Still have them but they are rarely used. Only really when lots of family/friends come over and we need all the bed sheets in the house.

The cotton is thin and cheap-feeling. I would be extremely surprised if this is anywhere near the 600 thread count Egyptian cotton as described. It should feel soft and comforting, but this totally does not - it is thin and almost scratchy. Not pleasant to sleep under at all.Also be aware that it doesn't look like the image - the stripes are much thinner and run sideways, not lengthways.Be wary of buying this.
