This leg curl bar is very easy to set up and use. Just replace the anchor on the other side of a door, close the door, and you’re ready to go. The pad is comfortable on the ankles, and feels strong. The design is straightforward and functional. It is definitely worth the money if you’ve been considering Nordic curls and don’t want to buy a more expensive set up for them.

Using this Exura Nordic hamstring curl strap from the ATG PRO GEAR Store on Amazon has increased may knowledge in geography. Researching Nordic countries and hamstrings, and then Spain and Spanish squats has widened my horizons. I had a fall a while ago and pulled my hamstring. What a pain. Literally.So, the strap that hooks to the door is quite strong, no worries there. The kneepad is nice and thick, and I can stand it for a while with my bad knees. I'm working my way up to actual curls. The kneepad could be a little larger for my fat knees, so I had to deduct a star. Otherwise this is great.

First, to whoever is in charge of laying out the pictures on this item, you need to fix it so it shows all that's coming with this package, which also includes a thick knee pad. But the whole package is ideal for your Nordic hamstring curls!Its designed to be used with a door that your secure or any other low level spot to secure the one end. It easily hooks your ankles to allow doing a limited Nordic (full would probably have your leg more parallel to the ground) and the knee pad, while small is thick & will work for most people on the floor. As other pictures show, you can also use this for doing supported squats & hip hinges, allowing for a well rounded leg workout. But don't get crazy, there are plenty of bench press days between now & the end of the year.Finally, this is designed for travel. It's not super small, so you'll need some room for in your bag for it, but it is super light. I was shocked how light this is. For the workout you'll get on the road, you'll not have any overweight issues with this item when flying. All in all, great tool for your neg needs.

I ordered this mostly for something to assist with doing sit-ups / crunches. This has a door anchor, and slipped under the closed door, this holds me in place to do crunches.The pads on the bar are very thick, and make doing exercises more comfortable thank I expected. Along with crunches there are other exercises you can do with this as well. I was surprised and happy to receive the VERY NICE knee cushion!This was a much appreciated bonus for me - my knees are a problem and this made it much easier to do the other exercises. This is all a nice addition to my home workout gear, and I'd recommend if you are looking for tools for strength training.
