This awning is nice once it is installed. The only problem I had was that the beams in the wall were not in the right location for the mounting brackets. I had to cut about 1/4" off the end of the brackets and drill a new hole through the brackets and through the main tube. The mounts are now inside of the arm mounts instead of on the outside. They should have made it have more adjustment for different beam spacing.One other thing is that it doesn't come with lag bolts to attach it to wood. It only comes with anchors for masonry cement or brick. I happen to have extra 1/2" x 5" long lag bolts to attach through the siding and into the beams. My siding is 1" thick pine boards. With that you will need 1/2" washers.Other than that it looks and works really nice. Should have done this years ago.

Good value for the money. However, U.S. buyers should be aware that instructions are in centimeters, not inches and trying to convert is frustrating. YouTube video is available and very helpful.

Very well made and truly makes a difference

Wish I couldn't give any stars i never did a review but this really disappointed me this awning been up 3 weeks and it's already faded don't waste your money it shouldn't be faded this soon now i got to take it down because it looks a mess please don't waste your money and the seller act like they wanted to help and didn't (update) made contact with the seller they helped me take care of the problem they was very understanding and fair with helping me solve the problem and for that I will give them more stars

This awning has quite a few issues.1. the assembly/installation instructions could be more clear. We had to backtrack and redo many steps throughout the process to get it right.2. the paint on the metal scratches so easily that there were many very visible scratches by the time we had it installed not matter how careful we were.3. The awning trim piece that has the wavy edge continually blows up and the gets stuck on top of the awning, even in a gentle wind. This likely could have been easily fixed in the engineering/designing process.4. we just had a 15 mile per hour wind and the awning immediately blew upward, bending one of the bars. Now it won't retract properly and I'm afraid after all the work installing, we are just going to have to trash the thing.It only lasted 5 days.

I can't say enough good things about this awning. The price was great and the shipping was fast but the BEST part about the purchase is the awning itself. It is simple to assemble, is a substantial product and mounts easily. I love it as does my wife who gets the most use out of it...and helped me mount it. Purchase this item with confidence.

Not sure about the quality yet….just installed, but was quite difficult (for me) to assemble. But it’s up and running so we will see.
