These have really elevated my workout routine. I've been using them for about a month and I've seen a huge difference in my butt and thighs. And you can't beat the price. They really give squats, leg lifts, etc. that extra umph to get you your desired results quicker. My only complaint is I'm a beginner and I'm already on the heavy band. The light really does nothing at all and I started at the medium and quickly moved up to the heavy. I like that they include an extra heavy but I think at the rate I'm going these will not be heavy enough. It'd be nice if two different sets were sold for begginer and advanced.

Love these! I I’ve been incorporating them into my routine while performing workouts and it has been great! The varying tensions (labeled) are a good asset as I could do without the light. Color scheme is cute as well as the little carrying tote that I toss in my gym bag for safe keeping.

These bands are SO cute! That's exactly what caught my eye while initially searching for resistance bands. When I read that along with my bands comes an e-training guide and carrying bag and I was SOLD. Now that I have the bands, I incorporate them into my workouts every single day Light-XHeavy and they are still going strong. I can't wait to try out more quality, Belus products!!

These are the second pair I've purchased. I used these for my home workouts. I only had one resistance band have a hole, but that just from having them to long and working out 7 days a week . I decided to purchase another set just for extra resistance. So far I love them and I recommend them to my work out people

Love these! I bought them to replace the band a physical therapist gave me because the doctor atyle ones hurt and pinched my skin. These stay smooth and comfortable. I love the colors. Gradient resistence is effective and good for various workouts. Comes with a little draw string bag to keep your items together.

they come in a cute bag for easy storage, really pretty colors, great quality basic bands! I use the heaviest several times a week and no rips or tears (it’s been 2 months) Would purchase again! Great for Glute activation or At home booty exercises

Hallo Zusammen,ich schreibe nun einen Kommentar zu diesen Belus Bänder, weil ich selber auch immer auf die Bewertungen acht gebe um zu schauen wie die Produkte bewertet worden sind.Ich finde diese Bänder Spitze man kann viele Übungen damit machen und sie sind auch von Anfänger - Anspruchsvoll! :)Sie haben wirklich schöne Farben und ich finde es auch sehr Praktisch dass eine kleine Tasche dabei ist, wo man die Bänder drinnen versorgen kann, dann kann man diese auch super in den Urlaub mitnehmen ohne Probleme.Ich habe nur 4 Sterne gegeben, weil diese Gummibänder sehr Stinken, man schmeckt das Gummi schon zu sehr raus. Habe mir danach die Hände sehr lange gewaschen und es wurde trotzdem nicht besser, villeicht ist es weil diese noch relativ neu sind. Aber es stört mich schon ein bischen.Ich hoffe trotzdem dass der Kommentar hilfreich war und ich euch ein bischen weitergeholfen habe.Danke und noch einen schönen Tag :)

Delivered faster than expected.The product itself is quite good but I don't think I'll be using the light band as when I stretched it in my hands it felt like it's about to break.It also gives very little resistance.The bands are not as wide as I thought they would be but that's not a big problem.X-Hard is more of a medium/medium-hard resistance so if you're looking for something really heavy I would say look elsewhere.Used X-Heavy and Heavy as only those provided resistance I was looking for and so far so good!Thank you.
