Smashbox Original Photo Finish Smooth & Blur Primer 0.41 oz

Apparently I'm not allowed to post a negative review. This product is extremely overpriced. I found t at Sephora for half the price. I originally gave it 1 star but was told it couldn't be posted. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because I'm hoping someone reads this and doesn't purchase it from this seller. It only deserves 1 star

Okay, just to start: I bought this thinking I was purchasing the full size and instead got a mini for the price of the full size, which is some bull crap, but I pushed on anyways. I love makeup, live in Austin, Texas, and was tired of my makeup melting off before noon. I like that this product glides on and makes my skin smooth, but I didn't notice my pores minimized, nor did I notice my makeup lasting any longer than usual. I tried several different methods: waiting 20 minutes to let it truly soak into my skin, powdering on top of it to set it in place, etc., and by noon, my chin, nose, and forehead still looked patchy and broken up-- and I don't have oily skin, either, which says a lot. It is frustrating that I spent so much money on this product only to not get the size I had originally thought, plus it didn't even work.The Wet n Wild primer in the white tube is $3 and works WAY better than this. Save your money.

My makeup doesn't wear any differently, longer or smoother with this product. It only prevents my skin from breathing. I wonder if I too received a fake product because I've purchased from Sephora and used this before and it was so smooth and I could really tell the difference. This tube came with shrink wrap over only the lid, as if someone was trying to make it appear new.

So at first I wasn't sure what to think of this primer. My first impression was not good but I tried it a few more times and came to love it. I was using Too Faced Primed and Poreless which I absolutely loved but made me break out terribly. And I saw so many good reviews on Smashbox, I tried it. The consistency when put on definitely isn't like Too Faced. It sinks in more and isn't as silky. But it definitely helps my makeup stay on all day and my foundation go on smooth. And living in the humid Florida heat with very oily skin, that is really hard to do. It hasn't made me breakout, or at least has not made my acne any worse. The only complaint I have this that it doesn't really reduce the appearance of my pores like it says, but I am willing to deal with that.

I've used this product before, but didn't have the time to go get it from where I normally would purchase it from. It arrived on time and the size was as expected - this is infact the travel size. I am including a picture to give others an idea of how big the bottle is for any who aren't quite sure.I like the actual product because it allows me to apply my make up more evenly, look more smooth and natural, and isn't oily or cause acne. Which is important for me since I have somewhat oily skin that often can be broken out by certain make up and face products.

I love this primer. It's so light and gives your face a nice base for your make up. It doesn't cake on or dry out your skin. I've been using it for years. This travel size is great for your next vacation. Just put some on before you do your make up and you will feel fresh all day and your make up will last longer. It also provides a nice barrier between your skin and makeup so you won't get as many break outs.

This product smells like it is rancid? I have sensitive skin so I'm afraid to use it. It smells like really, really old sunscreen. When I buy this product from Ulta or Sephora it does not have this scent.

I was expecting a lot more color correction. I watched a video on youtube and the girl had used a convenience store green primer- the results were amazing. My results aren't amazing. Smashbox, in general, has some great products- their pink primer goes on great. This green primer goes on great, feels great, but it doesn't really counter the red. I have slight redness on my forehead and around my nostrils and after applying this primer and foundation... I still need to use a concealer around my nostrils. It is a great travel size, but probably not something I'll be bringing with me. I'd rather save space than bring it since it just doesn't have that much of an effect. For nice events, I'll probably still attempt to use it.

I was given this product to me as a gift and I ran out . Was a bit worried to order it online incase I didn't get an original but it is and I love it . You really do get a photo finish look . Will be ordering again and again

Habe eine mischhaut... t-zone ist ölig und der rest eher trocken... benutze diesen primer immer für die t-zone und endlich hält das makeup auch mal und bleibt dort wo es sein soll...

Aunque es el pequeño dura mucho.Difumina bien los poros.

Idéal pour un beau maquillage. Format voyage.
