Excellent Quality
Excellent quality. Keeps it's shine (I polish it a lot with a soft cloth) and works superbly well. Excellent product, looks the part and excellent quality.

Will definitely start dripping! Stay away!
If I could give this zero stars I would. My aunt has the same tap as I and we both experienced the same problem. It starts dripping and the valves need changing. I've replaced them 3 times in the space of a year and a half. Absolute rubbish. Stay away! There are much better good looking taps out there from well known brands which come with a decent guarantee.

Works well and looks good.
Took 2 stars off as the hot water flow not very good , the point where the host water taken from [2m away in downstairs bathroom] the flow is ok. The cold is taken from same point and is ok. Could be the plumbers used normal isolator valves rather than full bore ones, going to put full-bore valves in and see how it goes.Wife likes it, the look but not the flow.Note it comes with flex pipes so don't bother with the Brace (Franke Secure Kitchen Tap Brace) which is a useless peice of kit, designed to extract money from your wallet!

good product
Very good product, good looking. The top half of the tap where it svivals from could have been a little more stable (a little wobbly).

Happy days
Not cheap but definitely cheerful. This replaced a tap that was leaking and old so anything would have been better, however, this is very stylish and suits our new farmhouse sink really well. Haven't had it long so can't comment on longevity but the water flow is so controllable and not prone to gush everywhere. Probably wasn't the easiest to fit as it took a while to fathom out the instructions but as we are not plumbers that's to be expected. All round a good buy.

Stylish chrome tap.
Bought this tap as part of a brand new kitchen fit out. Franke taps are one of the higher end taps and so the price is reflective of that. The tap looks great. A quick wipe down with a microfiber cloth and its like new. Have had this fitted for 2 years now and recently the cold water valve went and the tap started dripping. Replaced the valve and its good as new again.

DON'T BUY BRUSHED STEEL
DON'T BUY BRUSHED STEEL WE'VE HAD OURS FOR TWO YEARS IT'S BEEN REPLACED ONCE DUE TO THE WATER MARKS THAT WILL NOT COME OFF. THE TAP LOOKS DIRTY ALL THE TIME. HAVING TO REPLACE FOR A DIFFERENT TYPE. EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE MISTAKE SHAME THE KITCHEN DESIGNER DIDN'T TELL US ABOUT THIS PROBLEM.

Nice looking
I really like the look of the tap but must say it is very flimsy. You have to be really careful when moving the tap. I don't have a problem with the flow of the water like some people have advised. There is only two of us that really use it so I think I would say that if quite a few people in the house are going to use it, I would advise get a different one.
