Golla laptop bag
I bought this bag on the basis of having owned a few Golla items in the past, including an excellent camera bag. When I received the bag I was very impressed, the quality looked very good for the price, lots of well thought out pockets and a good small size which is what I wanted. However, within 2 weeks of usage the shoulder strap came off at both ends revealing that it had very limited stitching attaching it to the bag. I returned it and received very good customer service in the process, BUT would much preferred to have had a good bag.
