The default is 250Hz. Which can be adjusted by GO CONTROL APP. The range is 50HZ to 300HZ. Step is 1.

Is the volume setting retained if there is a complete power loss?

I never was faced with that scenario so can't answer that, but you have a phone app and a volume knob to control/set the volume if needed in a matter of seconds.... So personally I would not worry about it.

Will subwoofer out on B50 be active (work) when in Bluetooth transmit mode ?

No, only for receiver mode. Connect to your active subwoofer.
