I am on my 4th set of eye patches in the box of 8 and each time I see a significant change in my eye bags. I highly recommend.

Concern is not with the effectiveness of the product once it gets onto/into your skin... but rather with getting it there in the first place. The instructions say to invert the applicator to allow the serum to get onto the needles, about 2 minutes. I have waited as long as 10 minutes with hardly a drop coming down. Depressing the assembly many times helps it come down, but it doesn't make sense to poke your face without the serum coming down (the main point of this product) so the alternative is to (try to) depress it manually without touching the needles (for cleanliness and to keep the needles sharp) which is tricky. I've watch a bazillion videos to see if I'm missing something, and I've used it 6 or so times so far with the same problem for each new applicator so I'm pretty confident it's just a design flaw.

Product didn’t work but they allowed a refund so I gave it 2 stars.l for customer service.

Patches have become an essential part of my skincare routine and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking non-invasive solution for aging skin.

So my esthetician loves Qure and for good reason. The patches do what they promise to do and are do their magic best when left overnight. They are transparent, so sometimes I leave them on during the day when I'm going to the grocery store and need a beauty boost for an upcoming event in the evening.
