Great customer service
The bike we received had a couple of bent parts that made it impossible to ride, but the vendor was very kind and helpful, and offered us a complete refund, which we greatly appreciated. Aside from that, the bike itself is pretty high quality and super cute.

Cutest bicycle! Easy to assemble, smooth ride
