MSI GS73 STEALTH-012 120Hz 3ms Thin and Light Gaming Laptop i7-8750H (6 cores) GTX 1060 6G, 16GB 256GB NVMe SSD + 2TB, 17.3"

Purchased this laptop in December 2018. In May 2019 the screen started feeling a little sticky while opening, when one day a screw popped out while opening it at the whole bracket shattered off. This as well damaged the wire to the screen contained in the bracket and the whole thing stopped working. This was my first experience with an MSI laptop. My last 2 gaming laptops were ASUS ROG's and had no such issue with theirs. I will be requesting repairs/replacement, as this computer has never been dropped or damaged outside of normal use. I will update if resolved.Update: I returned the laptop at the end of July for repairs and received my computer back 2 weeks later in August. Smooth process. We are now in September and it has stopped working yet again. Won't turn on. No symptoms, just stopped. Unreal. At least my wife got to drink my tears and witness the moment I realized it was broken for the second time.
