Rokform 400627 Roklock Version 3 for iPad 2/iPad Case, Smoke (400627)

This case is very durable. We separately purchased the Rockform magnet kit and they work very well. The only caution is that if you put a screen protector on it, you'll have a VERY hard time getting the case off.

I would like this product better if it came with a stand, but you have to purchase that separately. Otherwise, it's easy to put together and looks nice also. It also comes with an adhesive mount if you have some place in mind you'd like to permanently mount your ipad.

Great product, I just wish it protected the screen better. Something similar to the otterbox case would be awesome! I have a rokform case for my iPhone and love it!!!!

Excellent case, very durable, though I wouldn't spend a dime on one without also ordering the magnet set.

Despair not! If you have an iPad Air, Air 2, or Pro, you can still get a case to fit - see later in this review.I have searched long and hard for an iPad case with magnetic mounts that would protect my iPad in the industrial environments in which I work. Rokform ended my search with this case -the best case I have ever used - until I upgraded to an iPad Air 2. Despite being arguably the best iPad Apple has ever made, Rokform does not make a version of this case to fit it.HOWEVER if you purchase just the magnetic inserts, you can use them with a case from another manufacturer. I did this with an Otterbox Agility case:1) Remove the Rokform magnets from their array and clean them.2) Remove the soft insert from the Otterbox Agility case, and carefully cut or punch holes in it, using the Rokform array as a guide.3) Reassemble the case, insert the magnets into the holes, and cover the backs of the magnets with a thin slip of foam or tape to protect the back of the iPad.4) You can glue if you wish, or do as I have and simply set the iPad into the case and let it do the holding!Rokform, if you make a case for the iPad Air 2 or any future iteration of the iPad, I'll still be the first to buy it.
