Good grip even with sweaty hands, and shows no wear after lots of slamming on the gym floor so far, indicating its durability.Do not buy if expecting a “bounce-back ball.” Great for core strengthening exercises. Feels like bigger size, color nice and works well.

So, let's just say it: I got this 30-pound slam ball by complete accident. Whoops! I thought I was ordering a regular medicine ball and had a mini-panic moment. Anywho... instead of sending it back, I decided to roll with it and incorporate it into my daily workouts.I'm a petite 5'3", 123-pound woman, and initially, 30 pounds seemed a little steep, BUT I'm here to tell you that my back has never looked sexier, and I've been getting compliments left and right.Also this slam ball is surprisingly easy to handle, and it's built like a tank. Even though it's meant for slamming, it's actually pretty quiet (thank you, sand filling), and the impact is satisfyingly balanced.PSA: on those days when you're feeling like a ball of frustration, anger, or anxiety, and you just need to let loose, this slam ball is your go-to therapist. Doing about 10 to 15 slams can be incredibly therapeutic, and I always feel so much better afterward.So, whether it was fate or just a happy accident, I wholeheartedly recommend this 30-pound slam ball. It's brought an unexpected playful twist to my workouts and serves as a fantastic stress-reliever too.

Good for workouts.
It's durable and weighs 40 pounds. I'm not thrilled of the raised pattern on the ball as it can be uncomfortable at times but those raised panels do provide extra grip. So it's a bit of a trade off

Easy and fun
Great piece of equipment! Many exercises for an amazing full body work out. Comfortable to use. Best for use in basement or outside. On my hardwood floors, jarringly loud! Would definitely recommend.

Nice Balls
Excellent. It has a cushion feel which makes it easier to throw and catch during workouts. I'll buy a couple more in different weights.
