10 mg per gummy.
It works well to help make you drowsy. 10 mg of melatonin per tablet. A lot of melatonin tablets are miss leading. They will advertise 10 mg on the bottle. However, they are really 5mg per gummy & they will say minimum dosage is two gummy's. Taste is a little bitter for me, but not that bad.

Frustrated with deliveries
Hey, love the product but I'm wondering why I don't get deliveries on my Amazon day? I pick a day and Amazon changes it. I think they do this on purpose. You are definitely a challenge.
