Excellent product; I got for a friend who had a core biopsy and was recovering. The dual side is great and these can be tucked into a sports bra or other bra easily. They are also thin/discreet enough, she was able to ice at work in her office without people noticing. Get multiple sets because they don't stay cold that long, but at the same time they are pretty comfortable and it reminds you not to keep on too long. Per my friend, she wishes they came in multiple sizes (even her being petite) because the hole needed to be a little bigger just for comfort and positioning flexibility. Overall, these are great and my friend said these ice packs should be offered to every woman going through the biopsies by the medical/imaging centers. Also she said don't leave on too long because the coldest (plastic) side will get a little sticky on your skin, as it is used, and comes up to room temperature (the soft side was still very much appreciated, and it helps wearing under clothes when icing). Nothing major though. Highly recommend, she said!

I wish I discovered these sooner honestly. Since being pregnant, my boobs have been so painfully sore, that I cry. Nothing seemed to work and, they become more painful when I'm cold. I didn't know something like this even existed lol. The first time I used them, I put the wrong side against my skin *do NOT put the plastic side against your skin*. I learned from that mistake! The next time after I warmed them up in the microwave, I did it correctly and they felt so good! My Husband likes to keep our place cold, which in turn makes my boobs painfully cold. These were a life saver! No more cold and painful boobs!

Let me begin by saying I use these to help ease the wonderful hot flashes that recently have taken over me. I wanted something discreet and that didn’t leak. I place them inside my bra before leaving the house and they manage to keep me cooler and last between 20-40 minutes depending on the heat wave radiating off of me. I like that it’s not obvious there’s something in my bra and they are easy to insert and take out. They form easily and avoid the nip area. I wish these had been around when my children were born bc these would have been much better than the hot and cold cabbage leaves I had my engorged tatas covered with.

I liked them except that the curve should be larger. To be able to fit under your arm or breast or anywhere except perhaps around your pinky finger. The curvature is just too small and I am not that large myself so that’s not it. Otherwise the work as intended. Stays cold fairly well. Freezes quickly and the flatness is good for tucking between your arm and side without a lot of bulk. Would recommend. But would like the shape a little more user friendly.

I am SOOO disappointed with these damn things! I needed them BAD when I bought them for my engorged breasts. One of them deflated in the microwave and they got extremely hot and I damn there burnt myself. It says they’re safe to put in the microwave but don’t do it. I also tried putting them in a pot of hot water but hated the soggy feel of the fabric.

Got these for a breast reduction surgery and they work great. They don’t last long but they are light weight enough to be comfortable on incisions.

I bought these for a friend who just had her first baby. Having a 6yr old I remember all of the issues I had breastfeeding including having mastitis - it was horrible! Once I knew she was going to breastfeed I thought these would make a great gift. Within her first three weeks with baby I got a text saying what a great gift these were and how much she has already been using them. Now that I’m pregnant with my second child will definitely be purchasing again for myself!

Due to personal reasons, I wasn’t able to breastfeed, but my milk supply wouldn’t dry up. I tried everything you could imagine to take the pain of engorgement away and these things are the only thing that did it. At first, it was a little uncomfortable because of how big the ice packs are, but they soon “molded” around my breast and gave me just the right amount of comfort to make it through the day without crying in pain. Lifesaver.

Unlike in the photo, you get only 2 of them, not 4. Otherwise they're great. The fabric side is perfect so you don't have to use a cloth with it.
