I tried this pack during the week when my digestion felt off, and I was impressed by how light and soothing the drinks were. They didn’t upset my stomach like other cleanses I’ve tried, and they actually taste really good too.

I’ve been drinking one bottle a day and it really feels like it’s helping my digestion. The flavors are light and refreshing, not overly sweet, and I love that it’s all natural.

Very good and tasty

So far I'm on day 2 of drinking them. Not sure if there was any specific order but I startedoff with the two green bottles. The taste is not that great however it is doable.I can say the feeling of hunger is not so much present as it once was and I feel full.I will update after finishing my last bottle.UPDATE: Finished all 6 and ordered my next batch. The mango flavor was by far the best one.To keep with healthy eating this is something you have to drink continuously. I can say that I haven'tbeen eating as much junk as before.

This is my 3rd order of Karviva - I love this brand! Karviva is the only drink where I can feel the positive effects in the way my body reacts to the natural ingredients. I get a boost of energy, my thought process is more clear and it gives me a heathy amount of fruits & veggies that I tend to neglect normally.
