Update: Somehow, it has gotten better, and works fine now, so updating my original review from 1-star to 4-stars.(It still costs half the price of a new pump, so debatable whether it's worth messing with)________________It cost half the price of a new pump, but did not fix the problem - the pump runs for long periods of time. I should have just bought a new pump.

My fresh water tank was filling up when connected to city water. Brand new 2022 travel trailer. The dealer couldn't get it in for months.I read on some forums that the check valve was probably the issue. I replace the failed one with this and no more tank filling when hooked up to city water. This is an OEM part so it was as well made as the one I removed. I just hope it holds up longer.

Easy fix for pump problem. Works like new again!

I purchased this for an older pump. When I went to install in my cramped wet bay, I discovered that I had a water valve in the wrong position. It was causing air to be entrained in the suction side of the pump. Closed the valve properly and no more problem. Since pump diaphragms have limited life spans, I decided to keep this as a spare. Looks to be very good quality part.

My pump was coming on sometimes when I wasn’t using water. It must have been leaking back. I replaced this part amd didn’t realize how bad the pump was. I have much more water pressure now amd the pump no longer cycles. It made a big difference
