No Good Defaults Set - Requiring You to Download Software - Virus?
I'm writing a review that I will update as I use this device.2025-02-02:The first thing I notice after plugging this device in, all the LEDs flash by default. This is very annoying. Also, all the keys are set to the letter "C", out of the box. This is useless. I would not have needed any setup or software download, if this device had been set with some default keys, for example: a, b, c, d, e, f - and without flashing LEDs by default. Now I have to risk downloading a software with a virus on a Windows. I want to use the device on Linux, so I'm frustrated that there are no instructions for flashing with QMK, or other keyboard standard.

Primary function works.
Mostly works. Requires chinese software which... Anyways, the RGB lights are not easily configured if at all and there is no instruction for those. The buttons and knob work once setup, no lag or anything. If you cant do it with a standard keyboard, dont expect to do it with this. You can asign keys or combinations/shortcuts and theres also some triggers for media keys (Fn). I would still recommend a more trustworthy manufactures, primarily because of the software side, but the product (3-Key 1-Knob, Wired) is well made.

Software seems sketchy/questionable
Update: tried the whole setup on an old, unused PC. My SO, an engineer, could not get it to work. After setup it's supposed to be compatible with a Mac. Definitely not for beginners. The hardware is nothing fancy, but looks solid. The knob and the keys have a good feel. But. I was loathe to plug the thumb drive into my PC so I typed in the super long, random string to access the Google drive. I tried emailing the file, but Gmail wouldn't allow it because of the potential for malware - I think because of the file type, not a confirmed issue. I'm not super tech savvy, so I don't know of a way to wall this off and try the software. I'll see if my old PC will work with it after I confirm any sensitive data has been wiped from it. Will update my review if I get it working. The documentation is so rudimentary and it looks homemade, so it doesn't instill a lot of confidence.

Light stopped working
It was great and easy to program but after a couple of weeks the light stopped working. But everything else still works good

It supports only 5 characters and it has malware.
It's nice that it includes a USB drive that has the software. Unfortunately, VirusTotal says it has not one, not two, but 4 different malware on it.I had the software downloaded sans malware and tried it anyway. It supports only 5 characters per key. So it's useless for passwords. The descriptions says it supports 15. I guess it's15 if you add up all the 3 keys, that's misleading.

No software
The company that makes this keyboard went bankrupt. So there is no software for it; it was in Chinese anyways. I had to go to third party platforms for a software and that bugged my laptop. Get a different brand.
