Hasbro Disney Frozen Little Kingdom Elsa's Magical Snow Maker

This has lasted through my sisters 2 kids for a while so I bought one. It holds up nicely and is enjoyable to play with

My kids (age 2 and 5) love this toy! It's a little bizarre looking, but the overall idea of making and shaving ice in the castle is one they do over and over again with joy.

My 5 1/2-year-old daughter saw this toy and saved up for it with her chore money. She thinks it is such a fun toy! We set it up on top of a towel, as suggested in the directions, because the surface where you use it does get a little wet. We filled up the included snowflake tray with water and put it in the freezer to make small ice cubes for filling the ice chamber (you can also use crushed ice). She can turn the crank and make the "snow" herself, which she thinks is so cool! At first, she was disappointed it didn't look like actual snow, but when I explained to her that it is icy snow like what Elsa would make, she was completely satisfied. It really is better than I expected! A tiny wand is included in the set, and when you dip it in icy water and then rub it over either of Elsa's two included dresses or the included "Snowgie," they temporarily change color. This is a great toy for children who are in the "pretending" phase or who like playing with little figures. My daughter sat and played with this for about 45 minutes. I heard her making Elsa sing little songs and making the characters talk. She's excited to get it out to play again tomorrow. At this price point, it makes a great gift for any Disney-loving child.

I returned it because it was gonna be a gift for someone. It came in a white plastic bag instead of box. It wasn’t presentable as a gift. But it looked really great though.

The set up is really cute an the outfits are as well. The snow maker is a bit messy and not easy for smaller kids.

A colorful box is pictured. I chose "Standard Packaging," but received "Frustration Free" packaging. This was supposed to be a present. It's for a three year old. How am I supposed to give this to her the way it is presented? Look mom! I got a box full of parts! Hooray!

Great idea but the little pen has to be EXTREMELY cold for it to write in Elsa’s clothes and lasts maybe 1 second before disappearing. It’s also really hard to get Elsa to stay in her stand.
