Product is as described, staff were quick to respond to my enquiry and help. Only one problem with this order, they used EVRI as the service to give me my parcel, no other company causes me as much issues as EVRI does. They didnt send a code or QR for my locker, i had to ask for it and the place where the parcel was, they didnt even tell me they used DPD lockers, so i was confused where the EVRI lockers were, they just use DPD, but such a lack of communication from EVRI and sometimes impossible to contact.
