I love this company's products

I have had all good experiences with this company and this rose pedal powder is lovely. I infused glycerin with this and then used the infused glycerin for hair conditioning cream.Scent is not overpowering, it's mild and lovely. I would probably enjoy using a little in my tea.Cost is competitive and somewhere in the middle.

not much fragrant

There is not much rose fragrance, but there is some. Texture is smooth and mixes well with melted coconut oil for for hair application.

Packaging was not good

The media could not be loaded. This rose petal powder feels nice, smells nice and is beautiful in color. I was disappointed when I opened the package to find rose petal powder all over in the package.. the powder is supposed to be sealed inside another bag per shown in the pictures, mines had a hole unfortunately.

If making makeup, it's really purple

So, I decided to make tinted lip gloss with my cousins, and thought this would turn out to be a safe way to make either a pink or red lip gloss, but when we added the powder we were really surprised that it turned out to be darker purple than the beet root powder than we expected. However, it was a really good product because with a teaspoon of it in the lip gloss, it really lent its color to the mixture and dissolved well (better than the beet root powder). To be clear, when it is on the lips, it ends up kinda brownish purple.So overall, we were really really pleased with the results–especially after we got the ratios right.I saw no notes about the actual color, but the color on the package shows a light pink--do not expect that. Expect a really rich deep dark purple. Hibiscus might be better or the reds/pinks and I want to try that next.
