I typically wear an XL. I’m 5 feet and 4 in he’s and approx 200 lbs and they fit great!

Love these shorts! The fabric has a great feel to them, they stretch well and help show off what I've worked for in the gym. I will admit I do wear them pretty much anywhere I go, not just to the gym as long as they're clean. Very comfy at home pair of shorts too. Super cute and can wear almost anywhere!

WIth age we need a little help with the backside and these shorts do help. Great shorts Soft quality materialLove the fact they are high waist. You will love the lift trust me.

While I was a little worried about the fit of these since the wife's sizing has been in fluctuation lately and thought it might be prudent to size up. However, I took a chance and ordered her normal size and lo and behold, they fit just right.These shorts are definitely flattering and they minimize the bad parts, while maximizing the good ones. She found them comfortable and not too tight. They are both stretchy enough to allow room to move during exercise, yet snug enough to shape one's figure. They also seem to be thin enough to mildly emphasize one's derriere, but also thick enough to avoid the more outgoing display of dromedary phalange that other yoga shorts might suffer from. The two back pockets highlight the outfit's attractiveness and any inclusion on clothing is a plus for the wife, even if their actual practical use on this one seems limited.She absolutely loves these shorts and I love how they look on her, particularly on her backside :) .I would definitely recommend them.

This fit looks so cute & stylish BUT(t) I can already tell it rolls down without wearing them to the gym. I think if you have a tighter tummy they might stay up but just sitting down or leaning over the top rolls down. The material feels nice & would be perfect to workout in. Don't understand the butt pockets besides esthetics, tbh. The pockets are real but that button is really touch to put on & off so I doubt I would really use the pockets unless I'd go on a long run to put my keys there. Other then that, no real purpose (especially since I primarily just got into weight lifting). Wanted these to workout but I have other shorts I'd feel more comfortable working out in.

The v-design at the waistline eliminates bulges; your waist will look smooth and sleek. These shorts have a gorgeous slimming effect I’m obsessed with. The material is durable and resilient; the shorts are well-made, with reinforced seams. They’re also incredibly soft. You can easily wear them all day and stay comfortable the entire time. They’re perfect for exercise, of course, but they’d also look great in social settings thanks to the detailing on front and back. Both pockets are deep and useful. The pockets have stylish buttons to ensure your personal effects stay safe and secure. I don’t have much of a backside; my butt is small, but these shorts give the appearance of gorgeous curves. I’m so impressed by the desirable, feminine shape these shorts create. I’ll be ordering them in additional colors. The price is very reasonable and the quality is unrivaled. Highly recommend.

I did not like the material and the way it's set on my body it showed too many personal parts but you don't know that until you buy it because it's such a light color I like the shorts though I have other colors and if it will.

They are perfect in every way. Very unique styling that's flattering on your body. I love the criss cross waistband in front. The ruching in the middle of the butt gives you the liftedbutt effect and added sexiness. No seam up the crotch so no camel toe (yay)! The button tabs on the back pockets is my favorite detail. They aren't just plain Jane yoga shorts. The fabric is very very soft and feels comfortable against the skin. The material is thin and there is a ton of stretch but not so stretchy that it shows every last bulge or dimple in your skin and you can't see through them. The value for the money is great because these are VERY well constructed with the perfect fabric choice. The only negative I noticed and it's not really a negative, is that they aren't pure white In color. They are more of a creamy white. That's the only thing I noticed. But these are excellent and I will be getting more colors!
