Great piece of kit. I was not expecting to much, Even though I had done my own research and purchasers were praising it. It arrived promptly. Packaged correctly. First off I still have a dyson animal which I find very hard to manoeuvre due to joint and back problems my vaccum before that was a shark so in comparison to these, I find the ultenic u16 such a help. So easy to use also very light. Easy charging attached to wall for easy access. Green light technology highlighting dirt that can not always be seen by the naked eye. Also Mobile I can do my artifical grass and car without the hassle of getting extension leads out. Easy to clean comes with attachments. Very quiet, hard floor And carpet function. Three modes. I absolutely love it. Good solid make on par with structure and solidness of both vaccums mentioned in my review. Thou far more easier, lighter and manourable. Honestly I can not say enough about this. Oh yes I can a GREAT PRICE. Find out for now, You will kick yourself you had not done so sooner.

This is a fantastic vacuum that really delivers ,I am a disabled person and vacuuming is a really difficult task to do ,with the vacuum I had before vacuum was to heavy that I would need to stop many times which made this task a long one therefore I was unable to vacuum everyday.not with ultenic flex cordless vacuum lightweight but still has that suction to give carpets a good clean ,no hair tangled in hoover ,great run time easy to charge and most of all a great price on a well made sturdy vacuum I would highly recommend.also loads of great features on it for the price I've had many vacuums some really good brand names but the u16 flex cordless vacuum is now my favourite.

I’ve only had the Ultenic U16 Flex for a few days, but I’m already really impressed. The suction is incredibly strong, it easily handles pet hair, crumbs, and dust on both carpet and hardwood. The bendable wand is super handy for getting under beds and sofas without needing to move anything. Battery life has been great so far, and the wall-mounted charging setup is neat and practical. It feels lightweight but still very sturdy. So far, so good. I’m glad I picked this one.
