I’ve been using this 22cm HomeEssentials cast iron frypan for a few weeks now, and I’m seriously impressed. It comes pre-seasoned and ready to use—no fuss. The media could not be loaded. ’ve been using the Home Essentials Pre-Seasoned Cast Iron Double Side Pan for about a month now, and it’s proving to be a solid addition to my kitchen. The dual-sided design — grill on one side, flat tawa on the other — is really convenient. I mostly use the tawa side for dosas, and they come out evenly cooked with that authentic crispiness. The grill side is great for veggies like mushrooms, paneer, or even sandwiches — it leaves nice sear marks and helps reduce oil use, which is a big plus.The pan comes pre-seasoned, so it was ready to use straight out of the box, though I gave it a light oil coat before first use just to be safe. Heat distribution is excellent, as expected with cast iron, and the pan retains heat for a long time — perfect for slow roasting or crisping up dishes. The non-stick aspect is decent but works best after a few uses and continued seasoning.The included glass lid is a thoughtful touch, especially when steaming or controlling splatter. One downside: it’s quite heavy (again, expected with cast iron), so flipping it or handling it with one hand isn’t always easy.

This is a very good item we have ordered and using. Mostly using for pan grilled chicken and it is coming out great taste. The iron is strong and there is no coating, so use it and cool it with a coat of oil so with time it will become like non-sticky. The user manual is provided inside and clear. Overall works well for us and cooking happens in very low oil and fast.

This pan heat fast and food not stick. Use on gas or induction both work fine. Lid help cook better. Feel heavy and strong. Clean little effort but okay. Use daily and happy with it.
