Great Natural way to combat anxiety/insomnia!
My Dr. recommended this for my anxiety and insomnia. I’ve been using this for six months now. I take it each night before bed. If I accidentally forget it to take it, I notice that I am not as relaxed and definitely do not sleep as well. I would highly recommend this to anyone experiencing anxiety and/or insomnia!

I find this product works well with keeping my emotions more balanced.
I liked that it keeps my emotions balanced and I disliked that when I miss even a single dose I feel funny like it is detoxing already out of my body.
