You still shed!
I am on my 2nd bottle so 3 months in and this is my 3rd try with different hair growth products. I see so much hair loss while in the shower, brushing and even just shedding. It doesn't seem to help my hair growth in length, which is why I bought it. So I guess it is time to switch.

I didn't notice any difference with my hair while taking these. They may have helped my body with what it is missing but my hair or nails didn't change.

This is my second bottle, and I have to say, I have noticed a big difference in my hair as far as thickness and length. I had lost almost 3/4 of my hair, and it was so thin I could see my scalp. I still lose a lot of hair but it doesn't seem to matter. I see a lot of new growth.
