some contents, sub par products , not what I am used to buying, empty packets (fraudulent Hearty choices) NOT medfast standard product.(ziti was a pack of reddish brown powder and 3 tiny noodles) NOT as advertised(macaroni was less than 3 tablesoons after cooking) NOT as advertisedPudding is goodsmoothies are excellent( only after adding juice or milk product to blender)

If you need to take off some weight fast, this is the way! I love that there is a choice of 10 boxes and one is not stuck with a pack of stuff one may not like. The shipment was within current expire dates - every thing fresh. I will buy this way again.

I was skeptical at first to order my medifast meals from somewhere other than medifast. I didnt know that I could get it on Amazon. I was running low on cash and im trying to get in shape I got the exercise part down but needed a jump start with my diet and medifast works. The meals I got on amazon are the same as I have gotten from medifast company. Same quality and the expiration dates are right on track. Amazon will be my go to place from now on.
