We bought this house for my 1.5 yr old daughter and 3.5 yr old son.Appearance & functionality: I love that the colors aren’t all pink and girly, it’s perfect for both boys and girls. There are so many beautiful details like the designs on the walls in various rooms that are actually painted onto the wood - not stickers or paper that you add. Towel hooks in bathroom. A few little felt rugs that I didn’t realize we were getting until we unpacked the box at home, again not paper or sticker rugs, nice felt that wont ruin easily. A couple pretty staircases that can easily get put in and out of their spots in the house. We love this because my son moves them all around the house and just leans the stairs against whichever side/spot he’d like and pretends steps or ladders wherever he pleases since they’re not permanently in one spot.Love that you can play on all four sides of the house, that was one the deciding factors as we all know how hard it is for little ones to share a small space to play without arguing. Pieces like the swing, skateboard, and rocking horse just make it really sweet and fun!Quality: So pleasantly surprised and impressed by sturdiness of the house as whole. Doors open and close so nice, the furniture pieces are not going to break on us. It’s truly nicely built and will last a long time which is exactly what I wanted! I haven’t found a single blemish anywhere and the kids play with it daily (sometimes rough) since they got it on Christmas.We bought a generic brand of wooden dollhouse people that came with babies you can use in the crib, as well as Tender Leaf brand wooden doll house people. Both fit perfectly as do “Little People” and any other little action figures the kids have around.Shopping for a wooden dollhouse took me ages before Christmas. So many to choose from - but I’d buy this same house again in a heart beat.I’d say my ONLY complaint is that the table only came with two chairs, so my kids end up using the toilet as a chair sometimes too! Very easily rectified by adding on more dollhouse furniture. Still 10/10 recommend.

Perfect and cute doll house

Even better than we anticipated. Great quality and design. Nice soft colors that match other playroom items. A little time consuming to assemble but not at all difficult. The furniture is perfect. We bought a family of dolls that fit perfectly! And an additional set of pets to go with it. Our daughter (4yrs) LOVES it. Great value!

This is a solid 4/5 dollhouse. You definitely get what you’re paying for ($75ish is what I paid for during the time of this review). I mean, it’s obvious where it came from based on quality.Building it was fairly reasonable, the screws aren’t pointed and the holes that were pre-drilled were tiny. Recommend using a drill like the others have said. Some pieces were missing labels and the directions were shotty but there was enough to figure it out.Some pieces of the house were mildly scuffed or dinged on corners here or there, again expected considering the price point and origin of this product. The doorbell came with a dead battery and the light for the top of the house is dull and laughable, but it does shut off by itself so that’s a perk.For some reason I was expecting wood furniture pieces, which they are partly. They are still cute and good for what they are. Nothing came broken on that end.Regardless of what me, the adult has to say, my 2 year old loves this house and took to it immediately getting to work playing with the dolls I bought separately plus other accessories. Would recommend for what you get and not having to spend hundreds on a good dollhouse. This will have use for years to come!

Bought this for my little one for Christmas and they absolutely love it! After I searched around and read many reviews I decided on this dollhouse. And I am very happy that I did. I love that the color of this house is gender neutral. Its just the right size for my little guy and his cousin to both enjoy it at the same time. Shipping was quite fast and everything was in great shape when I opened it. All of the pieces were accounted for. It took me about 1.5 hrs to put it together on my own. I found the instructions pretty straight forward and everything was labeled to easily identify. It's not too heavy to move from one place to another, but having two people wouldn't hurt. The wood is a bit thin and had me worried at first; but it's holding up really great. Proving to be quite durable. Especially, when the cat decides to climb in it, on it and take a nap on the third floor. I definitely recommend this dollhouse. It is really worth the price I paid.

Absolutely adorable for my 4 year old granddaughter!

Beautiful once assembled. A pain in the a..... to assemble. The screws ends are flat and impossible to screw in, ridiculous! You have to buy and use your own pointed screws bc the ones provided suck. The screws need to be updated in this item!

Cute and durable doll house. The colors are vibrant and students love to play in the doll center.Shutters easily broke off windows
